All medications dispensed by Pharmacy Weight Loss Port Talbot require a valid prescription issued by a registered prescriber. Prescriptions are only issued following a clinical review of your completed medical questionnaire and any supporting information provided.
Our prescribers may decline to issue a prescription at their sole clinical discretion. Receiving a prescription is not guaranteed. You must provide accurate and truthful medical information; providing false information is a serious matter and may affect your health and safety.
Prescriptions issued through our service are for your personal use only and must not be shared with or transferred to another person.

Once your prescription has been approved and dispensed by our pharmacist, we aim to deliver your medication within 1 working day. Deliveries are made via a tracked courier service to your specified UK address.
Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays or adverse weather. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery providers once the parcel has been dispatched.
It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery or that a safe, appropriate location is designated. Medications requiring refrigeration will be clearly indicated at the time of order.
You may cancel your order before your prescription has been approved and dispensed. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible via our website. A full refund will be issued if the order is cancelled prior to dispensing.
Once a prescription has been dispensed and your medication has been prepared for delivery, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds, as medications cannot be resold once dispensed, in accordance with UK pharmaceutical regulations.
If your medication arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
